Double-clicking on the fax number or hitting the Enter key with marked data record
transfers the fax number to the main dialogue box.
Double-clicking on the Voice, Private or Mobile number immediately dials this number enabling
you can make a phone call when a telephone connected directly to the modem.
When you hear the ring press the ESC-key in order to switch
the line over to the telephone.
Double-clicking on the name opens the dialogue.
If you type characters, then only those corresponding entries are displayed which
contain this character combination in one of the text fields. This way you can
sort through entries very quickly.
Create Serial Faxes
With 'Set Groups ' all marked entries can set to one or more groups at one time. So it is very simply to arrange personal groups for series faxes.
You can also import a numbers-list created bay other programs with 'Load Numbers...'.
The format of the text file is:

It is enough, if only Name1FaxNo<LF> are in the file.
Instead of <tab> also a | is allowed.
If you already have your numbers in the Apple addressbook, you can import these into the CoMa data base.

To each entry various data can be stored, which can be inserted with
series faxes use substitute symbols, in order to make individual series faxes possible.
The substitute symbols are all available in the Popup menu in the editor window.
If the list is to be sorted according to surnames, enter to the names in the
form surname<firstname. When inserting into the substitute symbol first
and surname are then swapped automatically.
