Main Dialogue Box
The Main Dialogue window is the heart of CoMa. Here you can access the most
important functions and review the receive status information.
If you want CoMa to receive faxes automatically, the 'Automatic Receive' must
be marked.
If 'Send Fax & Voice-Jobs' is checked and the current time is in the adjusted
time window, the contents of the Job-Folder are scanned.
When the transmitting time for each job is reached the fax is sent or the receiver
is called and the voice-message is played.
Receive
If the 'Automatic Receive' is not active, you can accept the call manually. Depending
on the connecting type either the greeting message is played or CoMa switches
to fax reception.
Poll Fax
With this function you can poll/recall a fax.
Dial Voice
You can use CoMa as automatic dialer if an analog telephone is connected to the
modem.
When you hear the dial tone, press the ESC-key, in order to switch the line over
to the telephone.
If you press the Alt-key while clicking on 'Dial Voice' CoMa attempts to make
a data-connection.
Send Fax...
All open image windows are sent. Additionally CoMa can send all pages in a folder.
The preset resolution can be changed for each fax.
'Add Pages in Folder' send all pages in the folder in PDF, CoMa fax format, as text or rtf format in alphabetical order after the open windows.
Main-Menu
Normally will not need the menu option 'Save all Data' because all changed data
is automatically saved when CoMa quits. However, if your computer should shut
down due to a power outage this feature may prove very useful.
If you press the Alt-key while selecting Quit, the changes are not saved.
