Use CoMa's built in text editor to write a quick note to be delivered via fax.
When you open the editor window, CoMa looks for the file 'Default.rtf' which
resides in the CoMa System folder. If it is present, the contents are used for
a new fax. Adapt this file to your requirements so that it's formated
to suit your needs.
You can also load another text or rtf file and substitute symbols are possible. Substitute
symbols are replaced when the text is converted into a graphic just before transmission. With
serial faxes so personal faxes can be produced. New substitute symbols can be
inserted easily via the Popup menu
To convert the text into a graphic page you simply press the 'Make Image' button
or hit the Enter-key on the numbers block.

You can also mix text with a header graphic (i.e. your company logo) and a footer
graphic (i.e. your scanned signature), by selecting the graphic with the Popup
menus.
If you would like to change back to the text editor, click the button 'Editor'
or simply press the E-key.
With the slider or the '+' and '-' keys you can adjust
the size of the graphic preview. With the display set to 100% you can accurately
see each pixel in the way it arrives at the receiver's fax machine.
If you would like to send the fax later or you would like to send it via a server
press ' Make Job' to create a fax job.
To send the fax immediately press the F1 or the Enter-key.
