Calls-List
In this list all arriving and outgoing calls are saved. Double-click on an entry
to play the voice message or display a fax. The button 'Play New'
plays all new messages.
The list can be filtered by connecting type, group or a searchword.
If you type in characters, then only these entries are displayed, which contain
this character combination in the remark field. This allows you to find entries
very quickly.
The 'Rewiewed' Flag' is set automatically, if you haved listened to a message
or recalled a fax. If you already read a fax during its reception, you can set
and/or re-set this flag manually by either clicking the entry with pressed Alt-key
or from the menu options.
at remote-Control or if you click the button 'Play New' only the messages are played, with which the Heared/Saw-Flag is not set.
With most entries a log file with additional information is written which you
can review by selecting 'Show Logbook'.
If you want to process the data, including the associated log, you can export
marked entries into a text file.
With 'Set Color' you can mark the connecting-kind with a color for better overview.
Entries can also be filtered and sorted by group.
By clicking 'Edit' you can add a remark and a reminder date to each entry.
